Giovannelli e Associati with banks in the restructuring of debts of ATB Riva Calzoni S.p.A.

The Court of Brescia has approved the debt restructuring agreements entered into by ATB Riva Calzoni S.p.A. with all of its financial creditors.

ATB Riva Calzoni S.p.A. is a long-established Brescia-based company active in the design and manufacture of mechanical equipment and systems for the energy, industry, and environment sectors, with a consolidated global industrial presence.

Giovannelli e Associati assisted the financial creditors of the company with a team led by partner Marco Amoruso and composed of senior associate Antonio Campo.
