Giovannelli e Associati with Nextalia SGR on the structuring and the launch the Nextalia Credit Solutions fund

Giovannelli e Associati, with a team composed by Giovanni Meschia, Rodolfo Margaria, Marcella Gigante, and Antonio Bernardi, assisted Nextalia SGR on the structuring and the launch of Nextalia Credit Solutions, a fund focused on structured credit solutions to support growth, as well as the development of real estate projects and projects in the infrastructure and energy sectors.

The fund successfully completed its first closing, reaching its target size of €200 million in just a few months.
