Mediterra DataCenters, a platform specialising in the development and management of premium data centers in Southern Europe, completed the acquisition of Open Hub Med (OHM), located in Carini, in the province of Palermo, taking over the infrastructure – Sicily’s first carrier-neutral data management hub – from a consortium comprising operators and technology partners active in the IT and telecommunications sectors at both national and international levels.
Giovannelli e Associati assisted Mediterra on the M&A aspects, commercial contracts relating to the transaction and legal due diligence, with a team led by partner Michele Delfini.
