Giovannelli e Associati with Havant on the acquisition of In.Te.S.A.

Havant S.r.l., a company active in digital transformation and backed by Argos Fund, acquired the entire share capital of In.Te.S.A. S.p.A., a benefit corporation specializing in digital solutions for business process management and fiduciary services, from the Kyndryl Group.

Giovannelli e Associati advised Havant with a team led by Alessandro Giovannelli and composed of Matteo Bruni, Ilaria Meda, and Simone Campisi.
