Giovannelli e Associati with White Bridge Investments on the acquisition of a controlling stake in Axial Fans International from the Mosiewicz Family

White Bridge Investments, a private equity holding company, acquired a controlling stake in Axial Fans International (AFI), an Italian company specializing in the manufacture of high-performance industrial fans. The seller, the Mosiewicz family, will reinvest alongside the new investor retaining a minority stake in the company.
