Giovannelli e Associati makes another step in its strategic development with the appointment of Giuseppe Matarazzo and Marco Amoruso as partners.
Giuseppe focuses on labor law and industrial relations and has a consolidated experience in providing assistance to Italian and foreign clients, including in the context of extraordinary transactions. Giuseppe joined the firm in 2019 as of counsel, starting the employment law practice.
Marco focuses on debt restructuring transactions, distressed M&A, as well as financing in distressed contexts, where he has acted for creditors, debtors and investors in turn around transactions, in various industries. Marco also advises banks, private debt funds and corporations in connection with corporate lending, LBO, acquisition financing and asset finance transactions. Marco joined the firm in 2021 as of counsel.
The promotions of Giuseppe Matarazzo and Marco Amoruso confirm the firm’s commitment to enhance and develop internal growth track for its talents, including in strategic areas such as employment law and restructuring.
