Giovannelli e Associati with Aksìa on the acquisition of Amare Group

Aksìa SGR, through Aksìa Capital VI and MHI Group, acquired 100% of Amare Group, the marine components business of Amare S.r.l.. The transaction consolidates MHI Group’s aggregation strategy, bringing together Amare and Seasmart—a company acquired by Aksìa in November 2025—to create an Italian platform for premium components and accessories for yachts and superyachts. As part of the transaction, Michele Benvenuto Preziuso, the company’s founder, will reinvest alongside Aksìa and continue to lead Amare Group as CEO.

Giovannelli e Associati advised Aksìa on the tax aspects of the transaction, as well as on the structuring of the acquisition, with a team led by partners Diego De Francesco and Saverio Pizzi and comprising associates Martina Franceschi, Lorenzo Paliaga, and Manuel Bonechi.
