11 Gennaio 2023Giovannelli e Associati advised Dedalus on all legal aspects of the acquisition of Mitek S.r.l., a company focused on outsourcing services for healthcare in its target territory.
The team of Giovannelli e Associati was led by partner Fabrizio Scaparro and comprised senior associate Paola Cairoli, associate Claudia Raimondi and trainee Claudio Asciolla for corporate aspects, partner Riccardo Pontremoli for regulatory and golden power aspects, partner Alessandra Feller and associate Ginevra Lombardi for IP and privacy aspects, and of counsel Giuseppe Matarazzo and trainee Katie Pesenti for labor law aspects.
