Giovannelli e Associati with Zenita Group on the acquisition of IT Euromedia

Zenita Group, an Italian group operating in digital engineering and technology infrastructure owned by CVC Capital Partners and CDP Equity, has acquired 100% of IT Euromedia, a Cagliari-based company active in the design, implementation, and management of ICT solutions for businesses and public administrations.

The acquisition marks Zenita Group’s entry into Sardinia and represents the first transaction completed since the group’s rebranding.

Giovannelli e Associati advised Zenita Group with a team led by Alessandro Giovannelli and Lilia Montella and comprising associates Ilaria Meda and Dante Visentin.
