Investindustrial Fund VII acquired the majority shareholding in Targa Telematics, an IT company engaged in the development of high-tech solutions for the insurance and the vehicles mobility businesses.

Our firm assisted Investindustrial in the tax related matters of the transaction, namely structuring, carried interest scheme for the top management, share purchase agreement and shareholders’ agreement.
