Giovannelli e Associati assisted Mindful Capital Partners (MCP) on the tax aspects and structuring of the sale to the Austrian group Wienerberger of a controlling stake in Italcer Group, a global manufacturer in the high-end ceramic surfaces sector, as part of a transaction conducted jointly with Miura Partners and their respective co-investors.
