Giovannelli e Associati advised Turatti and its stakeholders on the acquisition of Tecnoceam by Turatti.
Turatti, a company specialized in the design and construction of machines and plants for the processing of fruit and vegetables, participated by the funds Taste of Italy of DeA Capital Alternative Funds and EC I of Entangled Capital, has finalized the acquisition of 100% of Tecnoceam, a company operating in the same sector of activity.
The shareholders of Tecnoceam have reinvested in Turatti, alongside the Taste of Italy and EC I funds as well as the current management of Turatti.
The team of Giovannelli e Associati was led by partner Gianvittorio Giroletti assisted by associates Paola Cairoli and Francesca di Lorenzo in relation to the M&A aspects of the transaction, and by partner Michele Mocarelli assisted by associate Maria Costa for the financing aspects.
