Giovannelli e Associati with Genoa Sviluppo in the acquisition of the Genoa Waterfront district

Genova Sviluppo S.r.l., a special purpose vehicle owned by Ceetrus Italy S.p.A. (Auchan Group) and Runca S.r.l., completed the acquisition of the entire share capital of Genova Retail S.r.l., a company indirectly owned by the Orion European Real Estate Fund Ve private equity real estate fund from CDS Holding, and owner of the new commercial district known as “Waterfront” commercial district located in Genoa, on the city’s eastern seafront, where the International Boat Show and other important events are held.

Giovannelli e Associati assisted Genova Sviluppo S.r.l. and its shareholders in all legal aspects of the transaction with a team led by partner Michele Mocarelli and composed of associates Camilla Lanzafame and Benedetta Paccoia.
